Elsasser Architectural Inc. currently has three residences in various stages of design from design development to construction documentation.

Our current residential design projects range from 4,500 square feet of air-conditioned space to over 6,000 square feet of air-conditioned space.

Villa Maria, approximately 13,000 square feet of air-conditioned and exterior verandah space, a Tuscan-influenced villa along the bluffs of the San Gabriel River, has been completed and the owners have moved in after two years of construction. The main structure of this residence is a Pre-Cast Aerated Autoclaved Concrete masonry block with steel structure for long span support. The project construction and finish-out cost is approximately $9 million.

Another residential project nearing construction completion is a Texas Hacienda residence along the south shores of Stillhouse Hollow Lake in Bell County, Texas.
