			<content:encoded><![CDATA[	<p>Elsasser Architectural, Inc. currently has two <strong>Automotive Dealership</strong> renovation projects in construction: Roger Beasley Mazda North and Maxwell Round Rock Nissan. Additionally we are finishing documentation on Mac Haik Chrysler-Jeep-Dodge of Georgetown. <a id="more-6"></a></p>
	<p><strong>Roger Beasley Mazda North</strong> on Burnet Road, Austin, Texas is approximately 80% complete on a total renovation of the previous Pre-Owned Vehicle sales building into an all-new Showroom/Service building for both the new and pre-owned vehicles. The building was originally a Safeway grocery store, located at the corner of Burnet Road and Justin Lane. The current project consists of approximately 14,500 square feet of showroom/business office, 5,200 square feet of parts department and 12,700 square feet of service repair garage.</p>
	<p><strong>Maxwell Round Rock Nissan</strong> on Interstate Highway 35 in Round Rock, Texas is approximately 90% complete. The project consistes of an exterior façade and sales showroom renovation.</p>
	<p>EAI is also finishing the construction documentation for renovations and additions to <strong>Mac Haik Chrysler-Jeep-Dodge</strong> of Georgetown. The project includes expansion of the parts department and office renovation in the main Showroom/Service building. Other planned improvements are additional service bays in the existing Body Shop/Service building and additional office space at the Pre-Owned Vehicle center.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[	<p>Elsasser Architectural, Inc. is involved currently with two industrial architectural projects: Tasus Texas Corporation, a Toyota assembly plant supplier, almost 75% completed, and Georgetown South Commercial Park, owned and developed by Georgetown Rail Equipment Company (GREX) <a id="more-5"></a></p>
	<p><strong><a href="http://www.tasus.com">Tasus Texas Corporation</a></strong>, a supplier for the new Toyota assembly plant in San Antonio is now approximately 75% completed, located on Tasus Way, just south of the McCoy’s Lumber on South Austin Avenue, Georgetown, Texas. The project consists of<!--more--> a regional office/manufacturing/distribution center for an injection molding company which manufactures a variety of components for the automotive industry as well as other industries. The building is approximately 120,000 square feet with planned expansion to nearly 170,000 square feet.</p>
	<p><strong>Georgetown South Commercial Park</strong>, owned and developed by Georgetown Rail Equipment Company (GREX) has <strong>Building One</strong>  completed. The project, located just off of Inner Loop South, consists of a planned Industrial/Office Park among several tracts of land to the east side of Business Loop IH35. The current project includes the master plan of three Industrial/Office buildings, for the offices of GREX and tenant lease spaces.</p>
