| A one-story office and manufacturing warehouse facility with
related site improvements. The office portion of the building consists of approximately
10,000 square feet. The manufacturing warehouse portion of the building consists
of approximately 50,000 square feet. The building was designed and constructed
using Composite Technologies “Therno Mass” insulated concrete tilt-wall
panels, metal bar joist roof structure with a “Ciplast” modified
bituminous roof. |
