| A regional Office/Manufacturing Facility for an injection molding
company. The project includes programming for future finish out expansion of
both office and manufacturing space. The initial phase of construction consists
of approximately 12,000 sq. ft. of office space and 100,000 sq. ft. of manufacturing
and warehouse area. The building is design to be constructed with a PEB structural
frame with stone masonry veneer on the office area. A portion of the manufacturing
area is designed to have a concrete tilt-wall exterior and the remainder to have
metal siding. |
