The building consisted of approximately 7,000 square feet of office space, 7,000 square feet of cold quartz manufacturing and 11,000 square feet of warm quartz manufacturing. The warm quartz manufacturing was originally design to be a class 100,000 clean room environment for the processing and cutting of quartz products using heating ovens and torches.
