| A new convenience store with gasoline pump islands, canopies
and related site improvements. The project consisted of the demolition of an
existing structure of approximately 3,400 square feet. The new structure with
metal roof and stone veneer over wood framing was designed to meet the City of
Jonestown’s new FMD ordinance regulating size, type of structure and exterior
materials. The FMD ordinance was implemented by the City to ensure a “Texas
Hill Country” look in the business district along F.M. 1431. |
